If you were to move to a typical neighbourhood in Tokyo, what would it be like? How would you get around? What would you see …

I started filming thins in March, where I did a walk around tour of the neighbourhood on the X channel https://youtu.be/cnT_q49kvAs

I already got most of the footage for the zoning and how Japan keeps clean videos, so those will be out sooner than later. Hope you enjoy!
I really like the plants they have in Japan. Very prolific trees
Love from 🇧🇩 🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩
Wow they specifically build their streets like the ones in Animes.
Beautiful Japan
Japan's inner cities look so much better than America's biggest cities.
Ur B-roll is all yours?
I like your videos but one negative is you only show sunny and clear days when half the days there are cloudy and rainy. People will probably get an unrealistic view of Japan if they never lived there.
Look so safe in japan and the place are so clean! 😍
Japan is so safe because they don't let in poor people from third world countries. Hard truth.
One thing you didn't mention – the city is CLEAN.
One thing that is noticeable is that while it is very dense, it's not loud. Most of the noise in cities is from cars. Less cars means less noise. So that's why even these very narrow dense areas with apartments, businesses and everything are so quiet.
Thanks for this video! I’m moving from Kansai to Tokyo next year due to my husband’s job, and I have been feeling nervous about it. I enjoy hanging at the city on weekends (like going to Umeda, Osaka), but I generally prefer living in the suburbs. Moving to a place I have always imagined to be overly crowded like Tokyo was nerve-wrecking for me. I feel better now seeing the more suburban life of Tokyo from watching this video so thank you!
I'm from Houston and its completely opposite here. You cannot function without owning an automobile here. Its a hidden cost of living.
Makes me want to move to Tokyo haha
I already knew about these wards from Tokyo Ghoul
I want to see a video on why Japanese bikes are stuck in the 60s. Anyone?
not a speck of trash anywhere that i could see. i wish Americans would take note
car is luxury in japan??japan's per capita income 44,570 PPP dollars. how come is luxury i cant understand
How the Spider-Man will swing ?
Japan one of the most beautiful country <3 love from philippines
You know a country is advance when you don't need the luxury of a car to get to places
The zoning is probably due to the limited space available in Japan. They have to cramp more in smaller places. It's not a place I would want to live. I'm used to open spaces and going to the mountains or forest every weekend. That's why Iwate is great, the largest prefecture with the lowest population density. and lots of wilderness to explore.
Man I wish I lived here. America is a hellscape of parking lots and streets that go nowhere.
"Why do I keep asking questions that would require a dedicated video to properly answer them"😂😂 I don't know Sir
looks really nice , im kinda impressed
That's not a neighborhood that's city living
didnt see one fat person on a mobility scooter
Easy to love public transport until having to actually use it in the West. I'm from Europe (mostly used public transport there), then moved to the US and took public transport for a year here. The kind of unwanted human zoo with all its sights and smells you experience there… let's just say you are overjoyed once you get your own car.
It's a cultural issue too, Japan being so homogenous and putting emphasis on social harmony. It wouldn't work like that in the West. To blame the car culture on "corporations" or "bad planning" – well it's a bit more complicated than that.
Plus, I wonder how many of the Japanese don't have a car because they choose to, and rather because it's prohibitively expensive in Tokyo. The idea of walking or biking when it's raining, snowing, during summer heat etc just to get to a grocery store – personally, I love having a car for that.
got lost and ended up in Kamoshida's palace
a typical london town is muslim
I love these neighbour hoods
Unpopular opinion: homogenous societies are better for cultural preservation in the long run
Fascinating culture
I would hate to be near that many people
