Candlestick Pattern Strategy: Follow these four candlesticks for accurate entries in ANY market you trade.

Japanese Candlesticks are popular with most traders these days, but unfortunately there are seemingly hundreds upon hundred of nicknames and formations popping up all the time…

In this week’s video, we’re looking at the only four candlesticks I follow.

They form a key part of my entry techniques, and I won’t take a trade unless I see one of these candles present at the area I plan to trade.

NOTE: For today’s candlestick demonstration, we’ll be using 4-Hour charts on the AUD/CHF.

First, I’ll walk you through each candlestick (or pattern), and show you how to identify them.

After that, we’ll jump in the sandbox and play with a few examples all over my chart.

I’ll even give you a few examples of how I work these candlesticks into my larger trading strategy, so remember:

The primary goal of my strategy is identifying the ends of corrections and entering low-risk trades when the trend resumes.

This involves Market Geometry and applying Elliott Wave Theory “loosely” on my charts.

Is this candlestick tutorial market-specific?

Short answer: NO!

You can apply this type of analysis in ANY freely traded market, so it doesn’t matter if you’re trading Forex or sticking with stocks or commodities.
