Fragrant, spicy, and loaded with umami, this Spicy Salmon Temaki Sushi recipe makes delicious hand-rolled sushi that you can make at home without a sushi mat or any special equipment.

INGREDIENTS:
375 grams salmon (sashimi quality)
45 grams red onions (finely minced)
8 grams shiokonbu
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons yuzu kosho
1 pack kaiware daikon sprouts, roots trimmed off
1 batch of sushi rice
12 half sheets of nori (4″ x 7.5″)
