The SEC will probable back peddle the only thing is, they will have to position their decision to avoid a on mass class action suit by investors who lost money because their action against Ripple. Who knows when this will happen but when it does the news will come over night and XRP will take its rightful place as number 3 behind ETH. The price will exponentially rise way beyond here.
