So how long did you cook it in the oven? And what was the temperature?
PS: Those are pork "tender loins", for those of you out there who ALSO don't know the difference.
In a, prepared your recipe, and it was delicious, I put it on top of green beans season with olive oil an thyme,salt and pepper and added the marinate to the Pyrex, and bake it until done, serve with mas potatoes and apple sauce, and there was gravy in the pires. So good, thanks. God blessyou

My family is very large, I usually, cook a 8-9lb. Tenderloin, can all this be done, with the exception of using an oven, can I sear the loin, until golden brown, but then place in a crock pot, and cook all day

OMG … Ina is making a pork dish?? I am so telling her rabbi !!
She started in her kitchen and ended in an older house with average appliances.? I just made a tenderloin for Christmas dinner, searing in olive oil and then finishing in a hot oven for 25 minutes to 145. It was not marinated, just seasoned and oiled before searing then put in the roaster where the onions, carrots and potatoes had been roasting to finish. I poured a bit of chicken broth in the bottom of the pan too. Made dressing on the side and the whole meal was simple, delicious. Next time I'll try Ina's way of marinating over night in a plastic bag. One recipe used vinegar. I think lemon is better.
Did I miss something? Ina never told us how long and what temp in the oven.

Great recipe but it’s too bad she did not make a pan sauce or gravy of some sorts she all that great fond stuck in the pan she could have deglaze it with some wine and or chicken stock and some butter and let it cook down and she would have a great sauce to go with

Is it safe too eat pink pork?? I was always taught too make sure chicken and pork was cooked very well. Since it is high in bacteria
I'm a long time fan of Ina but pork is not supposed to be pink, like chicken too… nevertheless whatever she makes it always looks delicious
What kitchen is Ina cooking in? I don’t recall a white stove.

i cook til temp is 145 and by the time it rests it goes wayyy up to 160.. gets dry then. so tech you could cook til 140 let it rest covered and then check the temp. those meat thermometer are the BEST!!! get one!!! good for chicken too!
Poor instructions, many people will need to prep the tenderloin…then the problem with missing temps.
Pink inside? Is pork not supposed to be throughly cooked?
For those worried about the pink pork: The National Pork Board recommends cooking pork chops, roasts, and tenderloin to an internal temperature between 145° F. (medium rare) and 160° F. (medium), followed by a 3 minute rest. Since large cuts increase approximately 10° F. while resting, remove them from the heat at 150° F. followed by a 10 minute rest.
Great editing. I like how they don’t tell us what temperature or how long in the oven. Really takes the guesswork out.
