4. The obvious problem is I dont get to spend the money myself, but passing it to my children. But even worse is I am still getting taxed. HERES WHY THIS IS BULLSHIT! If you start with $375k (because you paid tax) and it increases in value 5% every year, after 10 years you will have $600k. That is the power of compounding interest. If you start with $500k (because you put to a charitable trust) and it increases in value 3% every year (2% goes to taxes that you pay as you go), you will only have $600k after 10 years. So 10 years is the inflection point. Your strategy only works if you are planning on dying in the next 10 years. If you are going to live another 50 years, paying tax up front means you'll have $4 million. Going charitable trust means youll only have $1.3 million, and much of it still stuck in the charity trust!! Oh, and don't even get me started on your recommendation to get life insurance. You have to REALLY REALLY want that safety net factor, because life insurance is a total scam. It is only worth it if you die very very soon. Those companies are pouring money into getting new clients and they are lining the insides of their pockets.

I think I seen some video talking about how bill gates avoided taxes and it was something extremely similar to if not this, but I think he only had to promise to donate somehow, idk, I may be wrong. Either way I highly doubt more people paying less tax is going to help… The IRS is already starting to go after smaller and smaller income brackets to shake down since the gov is overspent… So, like Elon I think if I get rich I will pay my fair share in taxes even though I won't get the receipt of what they're going to do with it like I should.. I mean I don't think I pay at all if they're giving it all back during tax time, though that can't keep working if everyone does this, which this will no longer be legal I'm sure… Wanna know the worst part? Religious charities aren't legally required to open their books so if you or a friend have access to one then nothing goes to charity nor taxes and that's more often what happens so no, this actually does way more harm than you probably know… I'll never understand the level of greed that removes someone's feeling of responsibility to society. You can claim it isn't your problem, but that isn't true because society will visit it back upon you with interest. In capitalism stolen wealth gets hoarded, and only for the purpose of making others' lives more difficult. The amount of money needed to starvation and homelessness in this country could be taken from the top wealthiest people and their standard of living wouldn't change, that's a fact… About a trillion dollars a year, 1/40 of the money made here (GDP+ all personal income), would give the bottom 1/3 of our country $1,000 monthly UBI… Here is the thing, we should do that… Even if they never get a job, they don't have one anyway, but this way could at least live a normal American life… Every program we implemented where we gave the homeless keys to their own place, they were instantly much better off… They can store food from a food bank and actually cook it instead of only getting cans of spaghetti O's and lunchables… Actually get a job because without a residence no one is hiring you… Seriously, if you give them keys, and only require that they attend training or work a job that we could provide through all sorts of programs that already exist let alone I'm sure we could figure out a way to make it work… Only place I ever seen anything like them are in Chicago, and the program works, it's just underfunded so they can't possibly keep up with demand… They're constantly having to deal with drug court in order to get the government grant money to run the facility, meaning two floors go to probation and house arrest, one for the VA veterans, and last and certainly least, the homeless. Oh, and they use their cafeteria for juvenile homeless overnights… Probably couldn't give THEM a room in particular but it's awesome they do what they can, the streets are no joke. People die of exposure in the winter… They have to switch the programs every year too so no one group is left without help for too many years… Like domestic violence victims, homeless, unprepared mother's, drug addiction, mental illness, aids victims, etc… Yet only three can get funding a year… The financial system is headed toward imminent collapse, no one paying taxes will only speed it up…

    Let’s say in a future economy majority of people do business in crypto and people don’t need to cash in their crypto into $, how would taxation work knowing that IRS will not have visibility into crypto transactions. How would public sector, such as road, garbage collection, police, army, etc, be funded ?
