8. I think this video is wrong. What does it mean when he says "you can only short in a margin account."? You can also go long on margin. He then makes it so confusing by saying he earns 100% on short while you make 50% on long. If you long while on a 30% margin, you get well above 100%. Can anyone confirm this?

11. You really forgot the simple point of money . You give something to take money and you give money to take something. From where do short sellers get thier money let's say the stock they borrowed got weaker by 300 dollars and they bought it against. what did they do to earn this 300 dollars what did they sell or what service did they do to get money from someone ? That is like a bank robbery. The problem have nothing to do with betting against the crash . The problem is the are taking money out of litterally nothing. Idiots who forget the simple point and ethics of money and only care about thier interest until everything is destroyed are who do this stupid thing .

14. This is so stupid and should be illegal. If a brokerage is making % of my shares I own I should get a % of have the option to choose to lock up my shares.
    Also the margin concept. I need 100% of the money to buy the stock you should need 100% of the money to short it.

21. I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Car or that vacation just yet and that mindset helps me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 70k in blue chip stocks and crypt0 s (with the help of my advisor of course) and made about 380k, but guess what? I put it back and traded with him again and now I'm rounding up close to a million. Delayed gratification always pays off

23. Hi Richardt. Many thanks for the nice video. A question: Is it called "Short Selling" just because the investor borrows money from the broker? What I mean is that a similar approach could be the following: the investor sells his stocks when he thinks the price is high enough and then buy again later when the price drops; so no money borrowing, no interest or cost …; the only loss would be if the share price keeps going up and never come back which seem unlikely, especially if you set a reasonable buy price in the future. What is your opinion on this?

25. I think when the stock price go up to 15 dollar, investor B has to use 15*1000=15000 to buy it so he has -5000 remaining
