The problem with indicator based strategies is this: Indicators are calculated based on historical data and especially in the Forex market, the market is made by large institutions that need to constantly reposition themselves and need liquidity to do so and indicators cannot determine that. I use indicators exclusively to confirm my trade idea, but mainly I determine charttechnically in which direction the big money is flowing and get in with the institutions.

6. Ok, your strategy doesn't make any sense. Step 1: the 9 EMA crosses the 18 EMA (ok), Step 2: After a while, there will be bearish candles. Step 3: The buy signal is the first bullish candle after the EMAs cross ??? How are we going back in time to look for an entry signal ? The bearish candles (step 2) happen way after the EMAs cross, how can we go back and look for an entry signal ? Please explain this better.

9. I would be careful claiming 100% win rate.. there's a reason things are always advertised 99% effective, can't be sued that way lol. Also while backtesting this literally the second entry signal was a loss, so strategy is 100%.

16. Hard to understand the strategy using the automated voice, but its saying not to enter exactly when the emas cross, but when it pulls back after showing a bullish crossing. This will allow you to "stay in trend," and not pull your trade out sooner. Any ? ask, I use this strat a lot and have been 65% – 70% successful.
