Interesting. However, I don't understand how would selling/buying with bitcoin make sense if its exchange value is so volatile.!? For instance if Bob sold books for 40K$ and got paid in Bitcoin, then at the end of his business year let's say the Bitcoin to $ rate went down 170% and now he needs to pay taxes in US$, isn't that a big problem?? As far as I see it, because of this volatility issue you can't really do serious business with Bitcoin. Am I right?

I was wondering if there're sites where I can sell items I make for bitcoin. I was wondering, we could have an Etsy with bitcoin, or could we convince Etsy to accept bitcoin? I'm a painter/ art-maker, who knows, maybe someone would pay a fraction of a bitcoin for one of my paintings, or ceramics …
Sooo…if the blockchain requires the internet to access it….and governments control internet infrastructure…then technically they control whether we can buy or sell based on internet access and who is allowed to have it? I mean someone let me know if I am wrong here but you can't switch off physical money…but you can switch off crypto but cutting off access to the blockchain…which requires the internet???
I've did well enough on wall street in the 80s on wall that I've not worked a 9 to 5 since.. but I know nothing about Bitcoin? I'm interested in learning the game… Can anyone tell me if Bitcoin market principles are the same as the stock market?
