📝 Overview 📝
There is nothing worse than being out and about and being unable to check your crypto balance or send that payment. That is why crypto mobile wallets are so damn popular.
In this video I go through my five favourite options.
❓ Why Use A Mobile Wallet ❓
Most crypto newbies simply store their coins on an exchange and hope for the best. Who can blame them when it is such a convenient solution? The problem is that those exchanges do get hacked and you own nothing more than an IOU.
Mobile wallets put you in the driving seat by giving you control over those private keys. They are also super portable and easy to access. That means they are also ideal for actually buying things at bricks and mortar stores with crypto, being able to check your balances on the go and sending or receiving a payment or two.
5️⃣ Ledger Nano X 5️⃣
This is a hardware wallet with a companion mobile app. These two elements speak to each other via bluetooth.
Ledger has a stellar reputation of being the best in class when it comes to crypto security. So if you are looking for the most secure wallet money can buy, then this one’s for you.
Thanks to that bluetooth connection, you can manage and store over 1,000 cryptocurrencies on the device. The app can also be secured by touch or face ID.
That all sounds amazing, so why have I put this at number five? Well, to send a transaction you actually need that device with you. That can be annoying and also means that it’s not as straight-forward to buy something in a store with crypto as it should.
4️⃣ Coinomi 4️⃣
Coinomi has been around since 2014. It’s mobile app supports over 1,700 crypto. So if you love holding exotic cryptos then this is the mobile wallet for you. Another area where it excels is in the field of privacy. That’s thanks to Conomi hiding your IP address. Also, your private keys are stored securely on your phone and not on Coinomi’s servers – that means you have full control of that crypto.
Crypto collectibles are also supported. That includes Crypto Domains like .crypto, .eth and .zil, which means you can send and receive crypto easily to and from this app using that domain you might have purchased.
3️⃣ Trust Wallet 3️⃣
This is another mobile multi-crypto wallet and it’s even able to interact with decentralized applications through the app, thanks to its web 3 browser. What that means is that if you are partial to a bit of dapp gaming you can use it.
Staking support is also offered for major cryptocurrencies and thousands of coins can be stored in this wallet.
That’s not all… Binance has also made Trust Wallet their official wallet after acquiring the app back in 2018. That’s some strong backing indeed.
2️⃣ Atomic Wallet 2️⃣
If you like the idea of beautiful looking interfaces then I can nearly guarantee that you’ll love this wallet.
One of the key selling points here is the large number of coins you can stake within the app. That means you can generate passive income on the go.
The wallet does come with an in-built exchange and the option to buy crypto with fiat. However, the minimum fee is $10 and you’ll end up paying about 7% in fees.
This app comes with a QR code scanner and that means that it’s perfect for hitting the shops and paying for that item with crypto.
1️⃣ Exodus 1️⃣
Exodus wallet is the most beautiful crypto app I have seen in my life.
Watch the video to find out why I think it’s the best mobile wallet going.

⚠️⚠️ Attention ⚠️⚠️ I no longer recommend Ledger given their recent database breach where customer data was exposed. Get a trezor rather: https://guy.coinbureau.com/trezor/
Exodus won't allows you to select other Tezos baker than Everstake, hide its fees on coin exchange and lock you up with defaults fees with bitcoin and eth. disliked.
what about uphold?
Hi Guy.. how are you.. can you pls send me your email address for a business collaboration on a project for your professional review.. thank you and keep up the great work..
can you make a review on fetch.ai and ocean protocol?
Agree! Exodus and Atomic are the one I use the most on desktop.. nice to be able to add tokens by contract on Atomic!
I thought for certain that Enjin was going to be 1.
Great presentation. Thank you. ❤️
Anyone have a favourite for .crypto domains?
What about having individual mobile wallets for top cryptos, which were especially developed by the cryptos? Like Theta wallet, digibyte wallet, etc?
Enjin Wallet?
Love your videos sir…. Thanks sir
Awesome video!
Unifyre Wallet is my choice
If mobile wallets are not safe for storing large amounts of crypto, why do they exist in the first place? If there is to be mass adoption, mobile wallet must be made to be as highly secured as hardware wallets because hardware wallets aren't available in third world countries.
Your channel should have 5 million subscribers by the end of 2022. Excellent info + well-spoken + humorous.
How is exodus better than trust or atomic other than looks? Not many coins, no staking. Is this a paid promotion?
Digital Bitbox is the safest of them all because it’s swiss made and open source. The only downside: it only supports Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Ethereum tokens (using my ether wallet)
what you think of the coolwallet s i personally just purchased one and i think its pretty cool
Atomic is 👍
Is the Crypto.com wallet considered a wallet? Or is it the same as leaving it on the exchange?
In Atomic you can stake BAND with 17% yeld
I prefer “control your coins from your smartphone” versus “store your coins on your smartphone “, but everyone seems to say the latter.
There is a new wallet coming out soon.
Check the Ngrave wallet , even more secure than the ledger n X
Hi! First of thanks for the video.
What if an app cease to work, how would I be able to get my crypto in this case?
Do you also have similar video on crypto exchanges that are based in the UK?
Argent is my fav for ETH and DEFI
Good video guy , I like Exodus as well but I really like them to add an extra layer of security like Google 2F-Authenticotion or Authy , but I'm surprised you didn't slide in the Enjin wallet 🤔.
Ampleforth $AMPL. Compound interest is the 8th wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it; he who doesn’t, pays it.
Another great video! Thanks for the breakdown. Wish I had this a few years ago. I’ve spent so much time trying out different wallets. I love Exodus but I will definitely be checking out Coinomi. That’s a new one to me and it sounds great.
