Astarter is building out a whole bunch of infrastructure tools that is needed in the Cardano ecosystem for projects to be able to launch on the blockchain via the Initial Decentralised Exchange Offering method (IDO).
Having these tools and services will help many more projects launch on Cardano, helping take out some of the initial technical aspects out of the process of launching.
