Interesting information on small business rents. I read an article on this and it mentioned "Both automotive businesses and restaurants reached new rent delinquency highs near 50%". So people buying fewer cars (big ticket items) and dining out less. Apparently. I'm staying invested. Reinvesting dividends and buying at good prices.

Yeah this looks like a major bull trap given the political climate in the US. Hopefully the GOP in the house will put a stop to the Biden spending spree. Now If you look at the bear market, how much we've dropped and the time we've been in it, we're due a bull market. You said a 20mo average but I've seen other sources that were half that. Idk what's real.
Again we're seeing an uptrend in layoff stories. It could get a lot worse before it gets better.
